Our Story

When our daughter was 10 months old, we learned that she had multiple food allergies, including tree nuts. The French macaron is traditionally made using almond flour, which meant our daughter and anyone with almond allergies could never enjoy this delectable little treat. So I started baking my own nut free macarons. It turns out that they are delicious and everyone enjoyed them, with or without allergies! That's how The Wednesday Macaron Company was born, inspired by our daughter because Wednesday is middle child day.

All Wednesday Macarons are made by hand, in small batches, using only the highest quality ingredients. Our macarons are nut free, many flavors are also gluten free, and we strive to use all natural ingredients, including colors and flavors, whenever possible.
